This elegant South African sparkling rosé is a blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir hand-picked from vineyards cooled by maritime breezes and selected for their quality and suitability. It is made by the Cap Classique method, meaning it has undergone a second fermentation in the bottle like champagne.

Delicate salmon pink in hue, this wine is characterised by delicate yeasty tones layered with toast and ripe fruit enlivened by a firm mousse and imparts a foamy mouthful of blackberry fruit.  

Perfect on its own, or with chicken, seafood and oysters.
