This New Zealand barrique-fermented wine is a blend of Pinot Noir from Wairarapa and Merlot from Hawkes Bay, which produces a dry, deep-coloured rosé full of raspberry and redcurrant characters mixed with a little toffee and toasted nuts along with plum and vanilla.
