These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. Title to all goods remains with Wine Couture until paid for in full. Customers must be 18 years of age and above. By placing an order, you confirm that you are over 18.
Sale of event tickets
Places to tasting events may only be secured once full payment has been received. Tickets to events listed are subject to availability.
The right to refuse admission, change the programme without notice or cancel an event is reserved. In the event of a tasting being cancelled, Wine Couture will refund any payment. In the event of customers wishing to cancel a booking up to 48 hours before the event, a cancellation fee of half the ticket price will be charged and the balance refunded within 30 days. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event. However, at the discretion of Wine Couture, if there is a waiting list for the event, we may be able to on-sell your ticket for you.
Membership
Membership is for 12 months and is subject to an annual fee. The membership fee is not refundable should the member wish to cancel membership.
Membership is non-transferable. Only the person registered as a member can use their membership to gain access to the club’s benefits.
Wine purchases
Prices are duty paid and inclusive of VAT. Bottles are 750ml unless otherwise stated.
Deliveries to mainland UK will be charged at £7.95 + VAT for up to three cases.
The minimum order is one case, which constitutes 12 x 750ml bottles or equivalent (eg 24 half-bottles or 6 magnums).
If you believe a wine to be corked or faulty, we will replace it or offer a refund. In this case, please keep as much of the full bottle as possible and notify us within 48 hours of opening it by email, telephone or post to make arrangements for a replacement or refund. Similarly, if any wine is damaged in delivery, we will replace it or provide a refund.
Wine deliveries
Delivery will be made within 14 days from ordering. Wine Couture only delivers within the UK.
Alteration of service or amendments to the conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to our website, our policies and conditions of purchase at any time. You will be subject to the policies and conditions of purchase in force at the time that you book for an event or order goods from us.
Events beyond our reasonable control
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause beyond our reasonable control.
