Wine and chocolate - a perfect match
Wine and chocolate pair together beautifully when you get the right wine with the right chocolate. We’ve sourced what we believe is the best chocolate in the world bar none – Zotter chocolate from Austria – and, for this tasting event, we will match some of the dreamy and delicious flavours with wines that complement them to perfection.
After a welcome glass and some fine canapes prepared by head chef Richard Lee of The Vine Restaurant, our wine and chocolate expert Kelly Bayliffe will take you through our tasting and help you find your favourite wine and chocolate pairings. Then, for the finale, The Vine will create a special chocolate souffle as a heavenly accompaniment to a last wine.
At the end of the evening, there will be a two-bar gift set of Zotter chocolate, worth £10, for every guest to take home.
